Who we are, who we work with and how a project begins.
Webzact Technologies is a web design and development company. We design, build and grow business websites, custom web applications, mobile apps and cloud platforms, and support them with SEO, digital marketing, UI/UX design and IT managed services — all delivered by one in-house team.
Explore our servicesWe work with startups launching a first product or MVP, small and mid-sized businesses replacing an outdated website, and established companies that need custom software, a dedicated development team or ongoing technical support.
Yes. We work remotely with businesses wherever they are, including the US, UK, Europe and the Middle East. We schedule calls in your working hours, share progress every week and quote in US dollars.

What projects typically cost, how quotes work and how you pay.
With us, a landing page typically costs $300–$600, a WordPress website $750–$1,450, a custom business website $950–$1,700 and an online store $1,750–$3,200. These are mid-sized examples; your fixed quote depends on pages, features and integrations.

A booking system is around $1,700–$3,800, while a custom CRM or ERP is usually $5,850–$12,800. The biggest cost drivers are the number of features, user roles, integrations and platforms.
Estimate your app costQuotes differ because agencies include different things: custom design versus a template, the number of integrations, content and SEO setup, testing, and support after launch. Our quotes are itemised, so you can see exactly what you are paying for and compare like with like.
We offer fixed-price projects for clearly scoped work, dedicated teams on a monthly retainer for ongoing product development, and hourly support for maintenance and smaller improvements.
Compare engagement modelsFixed-price projects are split into milestones agreed in your proposal, so payments follow visible progress rather than being paid all upfront. Dedicated teams and hourly support are invoiced monthly.
Yes. We prioritise features with you and plan the build in phases — launching the most valuable version first and adding the rest later — so you get a working product within budget instead of an unfinished one.
How long projects take, how we work and what we need from you.
A landing page typically takes 2–4 weeks, a business website 5–7 weeks and an e-commerce store 8–12 weeks. The timeline is agreed as milestone dates in your proposal before development begins.
Read our website timeline guideA mid-sized web application typically takes 11–17 weeks and a mobile app 11–17 weeks, including discovery, design, development, testing and launch. Larger platforms are delivered in phases so you can launch sooner.
Every project follows four steps: Discover (goals, scope and a fixed quote), Design (wireframes and polished UI), Build (short sprints with a staging link and testing on real devices) and Launch and grow (deployment, analytics and ongoing support).
Most clients join a kickoff workshop, review designs at agreed checkpoints and attend a short weekly demo. Timely feedback and content from your side are what keep a project on schedule.
Often, yes. An expedited timeline adds roughly 25% to the cost, because it needs a larger team working in parallel. We will tell you honestly if a deadline isn’t realistic for the scope.
You get a single point of contact, a shared project board, weekly progress updates and video calls scheduled in your time zone. Quick questions can go through email or WhatsApp.
Custom websites, e-commerce, web applications and redesigns.
We design custom websites around your brand, content and customers. When an editor-friendly CMS is the right fit we build on WordPress — still with a custom design, not a resold off-the-shelf theme.
Explore web design and developmentWe choose the stack for your product, not our habits: Laravel, Node.js and Python on the back end; React, Next.js and Vue on the front end; WordPress and Shopify for content and commerce; and AWS with Docker for hosting and deployment.
Yes. Every site is responsive from the smallest phone to large desktops and is built to pass Core Web Vitals, with optimised images, lean code and caching, because speed affects both conversions and Google rankings.
Yes. We build on a CMS or a custom admin panel your team can use without a developer, and every launch includes a handover session and written documentation.
Yes. We audit your current site first, map every old URL to its new page with 301 redirects, and carry over titles, content and structured data, so the redesign keeps the search visibility you’ve already earned.
Yes. We build online stores on Shopify, WooCommerce or a custom Laravel platform, with payment gateways, shipping rules, inventory, discounts and order notifications set up for your market.
Yes. We build SaaS products, dashboards, customer portals, booking systems, CRMs, learning platforms, marketplaces and APIs — usually on Laravel, with React or Vue for rich interfaces.
Explore Laravel development servicesYes. We build AI automation workflows on n8n and Make.com that process new WooCommerce or Shopify orders, send follow-up and notification emails, and create draft blog posts in WordPress for your team to review, so repetitive work runs on its own.
Explore AI automation servicesiOS and Android apps, platforms and app store publishing.
Yes. We build native and cross-platform mobile apps for iOS and Android, together with the backend, APIs and admin dashboard that power them.
Explore mobile app developmentCross-platform development uses one codebase for iOS and Android, which lowers cost and speeds up launch — the right choice for most business apps. Native development makes sense when you need maximum performance or deep device features. We recommend one after discovery.
Yes. We prepare store listings and screenshots, handle submission and review requirements, and publish the app under developer accounts registered in your company’s name.
Yes. We regularly integrate payment gateways, push notifications, in-app messaging, maps and location, social login, analytics and third-party APIs.
Search rankings, results timelines and paid campaigns.
Every site we build is technically SEO-ready: fast loading, semantic markup, schema, XML sitemaps and clean URLs. Ongoing SEO — keyword research, content and link building — is available as a separate service.
Explore SEO and digital marketingTechnical SEO audits and fixes, keyword research, on-page optimisation, content strategy, local SEO, link building and monthly reporting that shows rankings, organic traffic and leads.
Technical fixes can improve visibility within weeks, but meaningful organic growth usually takes three to six months, depending on your competition, your website’s history and how much content is needed.
No honest agency can — Google’s rankings are outside anyone’s control, so treat ranking guarantees as a warning sign. What we commit to is a clear strategy, consistent execution and transparent monthly reporting.
Yes. We plan and manage Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns with conversion tracking, so every campaign is measured by the leads and sales it brings in.
Research, prototypes, design systems and accessibility.
User research, user journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity interface design, clickable prototypes in Figma and a reusable design system, followed by a developer-ready handoff.
Explore UI/UX designYes. Design-only projects typically cost $800–$1,950 and take 5–8 weeks. We hand over organised Figma files, specifications and assets, and stay available to answer your developers’ questions.
Yes. Our designs follow WCAG 2.1 AA guidance — readable colour contrast, clear focus states, keyboard-friendly interactions and proper heading structure — so your product works for more people.
Hosting, security, maintenance plans and taking over existing projects.
We set up and manage secure hosting on AWS, Google Cloud or a managed provider that suits your traffic and budget. The hosting account stays in your name, and we handle configuration, SSL, backups and monitoring.
Explore cloud and DevOps solutionsYes. Every project includes a post-launch support window, and we offer ongoing maintenance and IT managed service plans with monitoring, security updates and backups.
24/7 monitoring, help desk support, security updates and patching, backups, network management and regular reporting — at a predictable monthly cost.
Explore IT managed servicesWe follow secure coding practices, enforce HTTPS, keep software and dependencies updated, restrict access by role, run automated backups and monitor for downtime and suspicious activity.
Yes. We start with a code and infrastructure audit, share what we find in plain English, then fix critical issues and maintain or extend the project from there.
Yes. We plan the migration, test everything on the new environment first and switch over with a rollback plan, keeping downtime to a minimum.
NDAs, intellectual property and what happens at handover.
Yes. All source code, designs, content and accounts transfer to you in full once the project is complete.
Yes. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before any discovery call, so you can share your idea and business details with confidence.
You do. We recommend registering every domain, hosting account and developer account in your company’s name, and we work with delegated access rather than holding them ourselves.
There is no lock-in. We hand over the code repository, credentials and documentation, so another team — or your own developers — can continue without starting over.
