The client
hire.tennis rents professional-grade tennis and padel ball machines on a self-service basis at courts around London, starting with venues in Surbiton, East Twickenham and Kingston upon Thames.
What the website needed to do
- Let players book a machine at their local venue without staff on site.
- Sell hour credits and bundles securely online.
- Get first-time users set up safely with the machine.
- Grow across more London locations.
What we built
A WordPress, WooCommerce and Elementor Pro platform with a simple four-step journey: book a time, collect the machine from a locker with a passcode, practise, and return it. Players buy credits from £30 for one hour down to £15 an hour on a five-hour bundle, pay through Stripe and book sessions from their account, with credits that never expire.
Location cards show each venue, its machine and whether it is active, members-only or coming soon. A step-by-step quick guide for the Spinfire Pro 2 and Titan Ace machines, a drill library, FAQs and clear cancellation and rain policies help players get the most from every session.

Four-step self-service
Book, open the locker with a passcode, train and return: the whole journey works without staff on site.
Hour credits and bundles
Credits cost £30 for one hour, £60 for three or £75 for five, never expire and are deducted by session length.
Secure Stripe payments
Credits are bought and stored in each player’s account, with payments processed by Stripe.
Location cards
Each venue shows its ball machine, locker details and whether it is active, members-only or coming soon.
