Business Website
A WordPress website for Australian telecommunications provider FibreMax, selling NBN fibre upgrades, the FibreMAX®fone business phone system and AI voice agents, with an address check and online ordering.
Case study
FibreMax is an Australian telecommunications and business communications provider offering home and business NBN internet, the FibreMAX®fone hosted phone system and AI voice agents that answer calls for small businesses.
A WordPress website built with Elementor on a Twenty Twenty-Four child theme. The homepage leads with a “Ready for a Fibre Upgrade?” address check, followed by business phone, AI voice and home internet sections and logos of businesses that use FibreMax.
Dedicated pages cover home and business NBN plans with speeds up to 2000/500 Mbps, the FibreMAX®fone phone system, AI voice agents with plans and a call demo, routers, festive phone greetings and a refer-a-friend offer. Ordering pages, a BetterDocs knowledge base, insights articles and legal pages such as the Critical Information Summary complete the site, with local numbers for all eight state and territory capitals.
What we built
A prominent check-my-address flow shows households whether they qualify for a free fibre upgrade.
Business plans promote speeds up to 2000/500 Mbps, unlimited data, no lock-in contracts and 24/7 support.
An AI receptionist page explains after-hours and overflow call answering, with a call demo and monthly plans.
FibreMAX®fone is sold to small businesses as a scalable VoIP phone system with custom quotes and demo bookings.
Home and business ordering pages take customers from choosing a plan to checkout.
A BetterDocs knowledge base answers accounting, phone and NBN questions.
