The client
CJ EXP UK is a London logistics company, based at Oxgate House in north-west London, that ships parcels from the UK to Korea by air and stores belongings for Korean students.
What the website needed to do
- Explain courier and storage services in Korean for customers living in the UK.
- Take courier and storage bookings online.
- Publish transparent prices and help customers estimate costs.
- Sell packaging materials and link to shipment tracking.
What we built
A WordPress and WooCommerce website built with Elementor. Customers can book air courier or storage online, compare pickup, self-drop and taxi-drop prices, and use a cost calculator before booking. Storage is priced by actual volume (CBM) on weekly or monthly plans, with dormitory pickup and return.
A packaging shop sells boxes and materials, while a booking guide, FAQs, a pickup-area checker and quick links to DHL, Asiana Cargo and UNIPASS tracking help customers after they ship. KakaoTalk chat keeps customers in touch with the London office.
