Web Application
A Laravel real estate portal for AtBirdView — letting buyers in Pakistan search properties to buy or rent, explore new projects and developers, and find offices and agents on an interactive map.
Case study
AtBirdView is a Pakistani real estate platform built on reliability, credibility and openness. It connects buyers, sellers and tenants with properties, new developments, developers and agents across the country.
A custom Laravel web application with a green and blue brand design. The homepage leads with a full property search — city, location, property type, price, size, beds and baths — next to a featured project spotlight with video, followed by top developments, agencies and developers.
Behind it sit sale and rental listings, an apply-to-sell form, project pages with price ranges, video tours and brochures, a developers directory and an offices and agents finder on an interactive Leaflet map. User accounts with province and city, and dedicated loan, investment and equity partnership pages round out the platform.
What we built
Visitors search by city, location and property type, then refine by price, size, bedrooms and bathrooms.
Separate sale and rental listings sit alongside an apply-to-sell form for owners who want to list a property.
New developments get project pages with price ranges, video tours and downloadable brochures, linked to their developers.
An interactive map lets buyers filter by city to find the nearest AtBirdView office or agent.
The homepage showcases a featured development with video, gallery images and a short description.
Sign-up with province and city, plus dedicated loan, investment and equity partnership pages, support every kind of buyer.
