UI/UX Designer

About This Role

We're hiring a UI/UX Designer to lead research, wireframing, and visual design for client web and mobile products, working closely with our development team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and translate findings into wireframes and flows
• Design polished, on-brand interfaces in Figma
• Build and maintain design systems for ongoing client products
• Prepare developer-ready handoff files and specs
• Run usability testing sessions and iterate on feedback

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of UI/UX design experience, ideally agency-side
• Strong Figma skills and a portfolio showing real product work
• Understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles
• Comfortable presenting and defending design decisions to clients
